Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

By Order dated October 22, 2018, the proceedings in this case were stayed due to the incarceration of the tax matters partner. On October 6, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report. In the Status Report, respondent does not indicate that the tax matters partner is still incarcerated.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
