Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On July 14, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. By Order dated July 19, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file an Objection, if any, on or before August 9, 2021. On September 8, 2021, Barry A. Footlick filed an Entry of Appearance for petitioner. The Court will extend the time for petitioner to file an objection, if any, to respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction is extended to October 14, 2021. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of this case or other appropriate action by this Court.
