ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration of the motion to expedite appeal is GRANTED.

The motion to dismiss is being treated as a motion to expedite and is GRANTED. Appellants' brief shall be filed within 21 days of the Clerk's certification of this order. Appellee's brief shall be filed within 14 days of the service of appellants' brief on appellee. No extensions for the filing of briefs will be granted. The clerk is directed to place this case on the next available call following the expiration of the time for filing appellee's brief.
