Order, entered on January 9, 1961, denying defendants' motion to vacate subpoenas served on Western Union Telegraph Company, RCA Communications, Inc., Mackay Radio and Telegraph Co., Inc., and The Commercial Cable Co., unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondents. No opinion.
