Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on these CPLR article 78 proceedings transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Appellant Division, Third Judicial Department entered June 24, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Amil Dinisio sworn to July 29, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Frank Brady, Esq., dated August 5, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that petitioner's motion is granted on the condition that petitioner's brief is filed and served on or before November 18, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent's brief shall be filed and served on or before December 23, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing.
