Petitioner having moved to expand the record and to compel the filing of a complete case file on these CPLR article 78 proceedings transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department entered June 26, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the statements of Amil Dinsio dated August 8, 2014, August 18, 2014, and August 26, 2014, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Frank Brady, Esq., dated August 19, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion seeking to expand the record is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion seeking to compel the filing of a complete case file is dismissed as unnecessary.
