Petitioner having moved for an order directing respondent to provide petitioner with a copy of every paper that respondent sent to this Court when respondent transferred these CPLR article 78 proceedings to this Court by order entered June 26, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Amil Dinsio dated July 16, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that petitioner does not have permission to proceed as a poor person and did not pay the requisite filing fee (see CPLR 8022; 22 NYCRR 1000.13 [a] [5] [v]).
