On November 4, 2022, respondent filed a status report in the above-docketed matter. In the report, respondent indicated that, on May 31, 2022, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California entered an Order of Discharge in petitioner's bankruptcy case, followed by closure of the case on June 14, 2022. Review of the PACER electronic docket record for the Bankruptcy Court reflects the Order of Discharge granting petitioner a discharge under 11 U.S.C. section 1328(a).

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
