ORDER

Diana L. Leyden, Special Trial Judge

On June 24, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the case has been reassigned to another attorney. Respondent further states that on April 10, and April 30, 2024, respondent emailed a proposed stipulated decision document to petitioners. On May 2, 2024, respondent mailed the same stipulated decision document to petitioners. As of the filing of the status report petitioners have been unresponsive to the numerous attempts by respondent to contact petitioners by email and phone.

The Court believes this case would benefit from a conference call. The Court has attempted to contact petitioners, but they have been unresponsive. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 7, 2024, parties shall contact the chamber's administrator, Sharon Cutter, by calling the chamber's telephone (202) 521-0823, by calling the chamber's administrator's work telephone (240) 762-2457 or by email sharon.cutter@ustaxcourt.gov so a conference call can be scheduled.
