PER CURIAMPlaintiff Joseph DiNicola has filed a petition seeking reconsideration of our opinion in this case, DiNicola v. Service Employees Int'l Union Local 503 , 281 Or.App. 706, 383 P.3d 924 (2016), raising several contentions. We agree with DiNicola that, at 281 Or.App. at 717, 383 P.3d 924, the reference to "public benefit corporation" should be changed to "mutual benefit corporation." We reject DiNicola's remaining contentions.
