This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On January 18, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely (Doc. 9). By Order served January 20, 2023, respondent was directed to file on or before January 27, 2023, a response to petitioner's Motion.

On January 30, 2023, respondent filed a Response to petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely (Doc. 11). In the Response, respondent represents that he has no objection to petitioner's Motion. Respondent's Response further represents that the parties have resolved all issues in the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 1, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned judge.
