Pending before the Court in this deficiency action is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed September 13, 2023. On November 17, 2023, respondent filed a First Supplement to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 28, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, as supplemented. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the Motion to Dismiss, as supplemented.
