ORDER
Before this Court is the Report and Recommendation of U.S. Magistrate Robert A. McQuaid (#8) entered on April 19, 2011, recommending granting Plaintiffs' Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (#1) and dismissing the action with prejudice and entering judgment. The action was referred to the Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) B and Local Rule 1B 1-4 of the Rules of Practice of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

No objection to the Report and Recommendation has been filed. In fact, on April 25, 2011, the Report and Recommendation was returned to the court marked as undeliverable ("Forward Time Expired-RTS"). Pursuant to Local Special Rule 2-2 CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
The plaintiff shall immediately file with the court written notification of any change of address. The notification must include proof of service upon each opposing party or the party's attorney. Failure to comply with this rule may result in dismissal of the action with prejudice.
In addition, the Court has conducted its de novo review in this case, has fully considered the pleadings and memoranda of the parties and other relevant matters of record pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule IB 3-2. The Court determines that the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (#8) entered on April 19, 2011, should be adopted and accepted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (#8) entered on April 19, 2011, is adopted and accepted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (#1) is GRANTED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly.
