ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order dated May 23, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. On September 12, 2022. the entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee. On September 26, 2022, petitioner paid the Court's $60.00 filing fee. The Court will vacate the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction and thereby allow this case to go forward.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on September 26, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside.
