ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On August 12, 2021, respondent filed an Answer in this case. The Certificate of Service attached to the Answer omitted the state in the address for petitioners. Accordingly, by Order served August 18, 2021, the Court directed respondent to file an amended Certificate of Service.

On August 31, 2021, respondent filed a second Answer. Upon review thereof, it appears to be a duplicate of the first Answer but for an amended Certificate of Service attached thereto reflecting petitioners' complete address.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Answer, filed August 12, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
