Godwin Chiedozie DIKE, Appellant, v. Ebony Chinonyere DIKE, Appellee.

Godwin Chiedozie Dike, pro se, Appellant. Aaron B. Wentz, Kelly Simon, and Amanda Dietzen, Aaron B. Wentz, P.A., Fort Walton Beach, for Appellee.

Godwin Chiedozie Dike, pro se, Appellant.

Aaron B. Wentz, Kelly Simon, and Amanda Dietzen, Aaron B. Wentz, P.A., Fort Walton Beach, for Appellee.

Per Curiam.

Godwin Chiedozie Dike appeals an order rescinding prior orders relating to child custody and related matters due to a lack of subject matter jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act. We dismiss for lack of jurisdiction because the order is not a final order or an appealable nonfinal order. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.130.

Rowe, C.J., and Osterhaus and Winokur, JJ., concur.
