Godwin Cheidozie Dike, Appellant, v. Ebony Chinonyere Dike, Appellee.

Godwin Cheidozie Dike, pro se, Appellant. Aaron B. Wentz, Kelly Simon, and Amanda Dietzen, Aaron B. Wentz, P.A., Fort Walton Beach, for Appellee.

On appeal from the Circuit Court for Okaloosa County. Mary Polson, Judge.

Godwin Cheidozie Dike, pro se, Appellant.

Aaron B. Wentz, Kelly Simon, and Amanda Dietzen, Aaron B. Wentz, P.A., Fort Walton Beach, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM

We have two appeals. In 21-54, Appellant appeals a nonfinal order denying his motion to disqualify Appellee's attorney, Ms. Kelly Simon. We affirm. In 21-788, Appellant seeks review of six nonfinal orders relating to certain family law proceedings. We dismiss for lack of jurisdiction because none of the orders are appealable nonfinal orders. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.130.

The Court warns Appellant that any of his future filings that it determines to be frivolous may result in the imposition of sanctions, including a prohibition against any further pro se filings in this Court.

B.L Thomas, Nordby, and Tanenbaum, JJ, concur.
