Application by the respondent CIS Counseling Center, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated August 4, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the respondent CIS Counseling Center, Inc., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 9, 2012, and the brief of the respondent CIS Counseling Center, Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date.
