By Notice dated December 16, 2022, this case is calendared for trial on the Court's April 11, 2023, Detroit, Michigan trial calendar. On March 15, 2023, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss For Lack of Jurisdiction. On April 5, 2023, petitioner filed a response advising that there was no objection to the granting of the motion.

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted and this case is hereby dismissed for lack of jursidiction.
