On March 2, 2022, Adam S. Fayne counsel for Petitioners, filed with the Court a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Petitioners. Mr. Fayne's Motion indicates that respondent has no objection to his motion. Petitioners were non-responsive to Mr. Fayne and to the Court regarding this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that counsel for Petitioners Adam S. Fayne's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Petitioners, filed March 2, 2022, is granted, and counsel Adam S. Fayne is deemed withdrawn as counsel for Petitioners.
