Heard on motion of Haverford Corporation to quash and expunge a notice of lis pendens filed by petitioners and by agreement of counsel.

Gunning, LaFazia, Gnys Selya, Guy J. Wells, for respondent.


ORDERED

1. That the notice of lis pendens filed in Supreme Court is quashed and declared to be null and void.

2. That the Town Clerk of the Town of Foster expunge from the land records of said town the notice filed on the 29th day of July, 1974.
