This case is calendared for trial at the February 20, 2024, Remote Trial Session of the Court.

On December 19, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment (motion). By Order served December 20, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file a response to respondent's motion by January 16, 2024. Petitioner did not file a response. On January 26, 2024, respondent filed a Pretrial Memorandum and indicated that the status of this case was a probable trial for the February 20, 2024, Remote Trial Session of the Court.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for hearing on respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment at the Court's February 20, 2024, Remote Trial Session, at a time and date certain of 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on February 20, 2024.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
