This case was called from the calendar at the trial session of the Court's January 8, 2024, Denver, Colorado trial session. On December 15, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report informing the Court that a basis of settlement had been reached but did not request additional time to file a proposed stipulated decision. Counsel for the Commissioner appeared and informed the Court that the proposed stipulated decision prepared by the Commissioner and signed by Mr. Diehl needs to be corrected and resent to Mr. Diehl for his signature. For cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is continued. Jurisdiction over this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, by February 9, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a proposed stipulated decision, status report, or appropriate motion.
