Motion for reconsideration of this Court's June 28, 2011 dismissal order denied [ see 17 N.Y.3d 782, 929 N.Y.S.2d 82, 952 N.E.2d 1077 (2011) ]. Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the Appellate Division order denying reargument or, in the alternative, leave to appeal to this Court, dismissed upon the ground that such order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
