ORDER

Per curiam:

The Director of Revenue ("Director") appeals from a judgment from the Circuit Court of Lafayette County reinstating Cameron Dieckhoff's ("Dieckhoff") driver's license after it was revoked pursuant to section 577.041 ("Judgment"). For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
