This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Miami, Florida trial session on April 22, 2024. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. On April 16, 2024, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Respondent orally supplemented their Motion for Continuance and requested additional time to obtain more information in this case. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed April 16, 2024, and as orally supplemented, is granted and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before May 22, 2024, file a Proposed Stipulated Decision or a joint Status Report as to the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
