Defendant-respondent MCM Capital Partners, LLLP, formerly known as and sued herein as MCM Capital Partners, LLC, having moved for dismissal of the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 8, 2018, for failure to timely perfect, and because subsequent events have rendered the appeal moot, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
