Pending before the Court is respondent's Motion to Remove Small Tax Case Designation, filed November 18, 2021. By Order served January 7, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, on or before February 3, 2022. To date, petitioner has not filed such an objection.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion is granted in that the docket number of this case is amended by deleting the letter "S" therefrom, and the Clerk of the Court is hereafter directed to process this case to trial or other disposition as a regular tax case.
