This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's May 16, 2022, Burlington, Vermont remote trial session. On April 22, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Respondent states that petitioners have been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 9, 2022, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed April 22, 2022. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is set for hearing at the calendar call of the Court's May 16, 2022, Burlington, Vermont remote trial session beginning 10:00 AM. The parties may refer to the Notice of Trial for additional details.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
