April 5, 1989.


(1) The judgments, the orders for bonds, and the present findings of the medical malpractice tribunal all are vacated. (2) There shall be entered an order that the evidence offered and presented and properly substantiated, is sufficient to raise a legitimate question of liability appropriate for judicial inquiry. (3) The case is remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings.
