SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeal by Pamela DiCiacco from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated September 13, 2010. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is

ORDERED that the time of the respondent to serve and file his brief on the appeal is enlarged until August 31, 2011; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
