BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN JUSTICE.
On December 22, 2023, with the clerk's record filed and it appearing that the appeal would be proceeding on the clerk's record alone, we ordered appellant's brief filed no later than January 22, 2024. Antionette Reagor, Official Court Reporter for the 68th Judicial District Court, however, has informed the Court that she is preparing a reporter's record and has requested additional time to file it. We GRANT the request and ORDER the record filed no later than February 8, 2024.
We RESET the deadline for appellant's brief to thirty days from the filing of the reporter's record.
