Action to recover damages for the defendant's alleged conversion of certain of the plaintiff's personal property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the defendant filed a counterclaim; the case was tried to the court, Zoarski, J.; judgment for the defendant on the complaint and on the counterclaim, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
