Opinion

The original petition seeking belated discretionary review is hereby granted and a new case styled David Diaz v. State of Florida, Case No. SC14–2385, has been set up as a notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction which is seeking review of the order of the district court of appeal dated February 8, 2013. Case No. SC14–2027 is closed.

PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
