ORDER
Appellant in appeals numbered 04-15-00670-CV and 04-15-00789-CV has filed motions to consolidate the appeals. The court has determined that the appeals should be consolidated for briefing and argument. We therefore grant the motions and order the appeals consolidated for the purpose of briefing and argument.
The parties shall file all motions, briefs, and other documents as if the appeals were one case, but shall include the style and appeal numbers of both appeals on all documents filed. Appellant must argue the cases together in one brief, as in a single appeal; however, each appellee may file his own brief. The court will dispose of both appeals in the same judgment, opinion, and mandate.
The record in each appeal shall remain separate. We order the clerk of this court to place copies of the clerk's record, supplemental clerk's records, and reporter's record that have been filed in appeal number 04-15-00670-CV into the record of appeal number 04-15-00789-CV. However, if supplementation of the record becomes necessary, the parties are responsible for ensuring the supplemental material is filed in each appeal to which it applies.
We order appellant's brief due March 21, 2016.
