AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT

JOAN LENARD, District Judge

THIS MATTER is before the Court upon the Plaintiff, GERARDO DIAZ's, Motion for Entry of Final Default Judgment against FABIO HACA, and in connection with the Judgment entered on June 29, 2005 against F.H. INTERIOR TRIM CORP., a/k/a SUPERIOR GENERAL SERVICES, INC. The Court has carefully reviewed merits of said Motion and the entire Court file herein, and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The Plaintiff, GERARDO DIAZ's, Motion for Entry of Final Default Judgment is hereby GRANTED as follows:

1. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, GERARDO DIAZ, and against Defendants, jointly and severally, FABIO HACA and F.H. INTERIOR TRIM CORP., a/k/a SUPERIOR GENERAL SERVICES, INC., in the amount of $11,633.44, as back wages and liquidated damages.

2. Shavitz Law Group, P.A. is hereby awarded its reasonable fees and costs, in the amount of $1,970.00, against Defendants, jointly and severally, FABIO HACA and F.H. INTERIOR TRIM CORP., a/k/a SUPERIOR GENERAL SERVICES, INC.

3. For a total sum of $13,603.44, together with interest thereon at the rate of 10% annum, for all of which let execution issue.
