ORDER

Diana L. Leyden Special Trial Judge.

On October 2, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. This case was called from the calendar for the Remote Trial Session of the Court for Fresno, California on October 23, 2023. Both petitioners and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At that time, the parties informed the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed on October 2, 2023, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 29, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court stipulated decision documents.
