This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada trial session, which was scheduled to begin March 6, 2023. On February 1, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution as to the Intervenor and to Change Caption. On March 6, 2023, this case was called, both petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. There was no appearance by intervenor nor anyone on behalf of intervenor.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript, it is hereby, ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution as to the Intervenor and to Change Caption filed February 1, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 9, 2023, the intervenor shall show cause, in writing, why the Court should not grant respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution as to the Intervenor and to Change Caption. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
