Nevertheless, I agree with the Government that a remand is not warranted. "An ALJ's error is harmless where it 'would have had no effect on the ALJ's decision.'" Diaz v. Colvin, Civ. No. 14-2780, 2015 WL 5771779 at * 5 (D. N.J. Sept. 30, 2015), quoting, Perkins v. Barnhart, 79 F. App'x. 512, 515 (3d Cir. 2003). "If an ALJ makes an error in the proceedings 'the burden of showing that [the] error is harmful normally falls upon the party attacking the agency's determination.'"
