JAMES P. DIAMOND, Appellant, v. GABRIEL MUNOZ, Appellee.

On appeal from the 275th District Court of Hidalgo County, Texas.

Before Justices Longoria, Silva, and Pena

ORDER OF ABATEMENT

PER CURIAM

This matter is before the Court on appellant's unopposed motion to abate appellate proceedings. Both appellant's brief and appellee's reply brief have been filed in the instant appeal, but appellant requests that this Court abate the appeal for sixty (60) days to allow time for continuing settlement negotiations. Appellee does not oppose abatement.

The Court, having duly considered appellant's unopposed motion to abate, is of the opinion that said motion should be granted. Accordingly, we GRANT appellant's motion, ABATE this appeal, and remove this case from the Court's active docket.
