On May 18, 2022, we issued an opinion and judgment affirming the trial court's judgment. On June 2, 2022, appellants Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 5 and Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 10 timely filed an unopposed motion for extension of time to file a motion for rehearing and/or motion for en banc reconsideration. The motion is GRANTED. Appellants Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 5 and Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 10's motion for rehearing and/or motion for en banc reconsideration is due no later than June 16, 2022. See Tex. R. App. P. 49.9.
