ORDER
The reporter's record in this appeal has not been filed because appellant has not requested it. By letter dated August 30, 2017, we directed appellant to provide written verification he had requested and paid or made payment arrangements for the record or is entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant that failure to provide the requested verification within ten days of the letter could result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. To date, however, appellant has not complied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
Because appellant has failed to comply with our directive, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id. As the clerk's record has been filed, we ORDER appellant to file his brief on the merits no later than November 3, 2017.
