On April 15, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Tax Years 2019, 2020, and 2021 as they relate to the notice of intent to levy issued on December 22, 2022. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion to Dismiss is assigned to Judge Travis A. Greaves for disposition. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss is calendared for hearing at the Court's Dallas, Texas trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on October 7, 2024, at the Earl Cabell Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, 1100 Commerce Street, Room 726, 7th Floor, Dallas, TX 75242.
