Di Nezza v. Credit Data of Hudson Valley, Inc.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Apr 4, 1991
572 N.E.2d 46 (N.Y. 1991)

Opinion

Submitted January 28, 1991

Decided April 4, 1991

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that portion of the Appellate Division order that affirmed Supreme Court's September 27, 1989 order, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.

Judge TITONE taking no part.
