Order denying appellant's motion for a new trial upon the ground of newly discovered evidence, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Appeal from order denying motion for reargument of the motion for a new trial dismissed as not appealable, without costs. ( Weiss v. Weiss, 225 App. Div. 700. )
