On March 27, 2022, petitioner, Robert A. Di Giorgio, Sr., filed a document titled Motion for Leave to File Brief in Support of Seriatim Opening Brief at docket entry 144 in Docket no. 15675-12, and a document titled Brief in Support of Seriatim Opening Brief at docket entry 145 in Docket no. 15675-12. Mr. Di Giorgio also filed a Motion for Leave to File Brief in Support of Seriatim Opening Brief at docket entry 157 in Docket no. 15751-12.
The documents at docket entries 144 and 145 in Docket no. 15675-12 are duplicates. The documents titled Motion for Leave to File Brief in Support of Seriatim Opening Brief are actually motions for extension of time to file answering brief. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Brief in Support of Seriatim Opening Brief at docket entry 145 in Docket no. 15675-12, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk shall recharacterize Mr. Di Giorgio's "Motion for Leave to File Brief in Support of Seriatim Opening Brief" as "Motion for Extension of Time to File Answering Brief" filed March 27, 2022, at docket entry 144 in Docket no. 15675-12, and at docket entry 157 in Docket no. 15751-12.
