Action for personal injuries and for loss of services. Plaintiff Carmela Di Gerlando sustained injuries while a passenger in defendant-appellant's trolley car when it collided with defendants' truck at a street intersection in the borough of Manhattan. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
