In an action by the infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of having his hand caught in machinery in defendant's factory, and by his mother for loss of services and for expenses, judgment in favor of defendant, entered on a verdict of a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
