Opinion
April 21, 1944.
Present — Martin, P.J., Townley, Glennon, Untermyer and Dore, JJ.
Order unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute granted on the ground that plaintiff has wholly failed to show any satisfactory reason for the delay. (Rules Civ. Prac. rule 156; Civ. Prac. Act, § 181).
