On August 3, 2022, the parties jointly filed a proposed stipulated decision. The Court appreciates the work that was done to accomplish this. The document as filed (Doc. 8) does not address the penalty as stated on petitioners' August 2, 2021, notice of deficiency. Therefore, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision (Doc. 8) shall be deemed stricken. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than August 29, 2022, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision or another appropriate filing.
